  • To sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals as requested.
  • To administer the whole spectrum of document filing, archives, record and issuance for project document are properly maintained in accordance with quality requirements to ensure all documents have no errors/mistakes.
  • To maintain all controlled documents and quality records.
  • To maintain good set up filing system, hardcopy documents and labelling as requested.
  • To review and update documents.
  • To maintain and administer the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • To maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • To assist in all project general administrative works.
  • To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST Possess Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Engineering / Science / Business in Management/Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as administrative.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, selfmotivated, team player, have good communication skills and problemsolving skills.
  • Computer literate, independent, disciplined and dedicated.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
  • Required language (s): Malay, English & Mandarin.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, detailoriented, good time management and analytical.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
