JOB DESCRIPTION
- To controlling company and project documentation
- To create and maintain document control for individual projects.
- To sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals as requested.
- To administer the whole spectrum of document filing, archives, record and issuance for project document are properly maintained in accordance with quality requirements to ensure all documents have no errors/mistakes.
- To maintain all controlled documents and quality records.
- To maintain good set up filing system, hardcopy documents and labelling as requested.
- To review and update documents.
- To maintain and administer the flow of documentation within the organization.
- To maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- To assist in all project general administrative works.
- To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- MUST Possess Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Engineering / Science / Business in Management/Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as administrative.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, selfmotivated, team player, have good communication skills and problemsolving skills.
- Computer literate, independent, disciplined and dedicated.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Required language (s): Malay, English & Mandarin.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, detailoriented, good time management and analytical.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
