Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR functions like hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to fulfill recruitment needs promptly.
  • Oversee performance evaluation processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate training programs and HRDF matters, aligning them with company goals.
  • Handle payroll, benefits, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administer office operations, including maintenance, insurance, and asset management.

Requirements:

  • Hold a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the Employment Act, HR best practices, and grievance procedures.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (reading and speaking)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
