Job Purpose/Summary:

  • Responsible in leading retail claims daily operation process efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily operation process to be achieved and meeting the turnaround time set.
  • Ensure the team's compliance to all regulations, controls and internal policies including audit.
  • Resolve escalation case by the staff and/or exceptions that may arise from time to time by working with all relevant internal and external parties until resolved.
  • Review of claim processes and recommend improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department.
  • Handling claims processing and payments.
  • To handle & monitor all complaints from Insured, Regulatory Body and etc.
  • Involved in adhoc project assigned from timetotime.
  • Additional task assigned as and when required.

Up to RM2,200.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:
