1 year contract (renewable)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, check and submit claim forms and related documentation
  • Update claims status on internal system and platform
-
Communicate with clients and
handle enquiries on insurance coverage, claims, pre-authorization, etc.
-
Liaise with insurance partners, clinics/hospitals, third-party administrators
on claims matters

  • Support on
    claims administration of individual and corporate policies
  • Handle assigned accounts by ensuring
    policy administrative matters are attended in a timely manner
  • Prepare
    renewal data for submission to insurer & client
-
Upload employee movements (addition / changes / deletions) in portal and inform insurers within TAT

  • Liaise with underwriters on underwriting requirements & upload insurer's decision in portal
-
Handle appeals/escalations from client (HR/employee) on medical underwriting with Account Managers

  • Investigate on the production incident and provide detailed report for manager review. Feedback requirement on process or system changes to improve operational efficiencies
  • Handle of daily exception
    report from data upload; prepare reports for client as required
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policy and guidelines

Data entry into internal system, ensuring accuracy at all times

  • Maintain client confidentiality and compliance requirements
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time

Requirements:

  • Customer centric, meticulous, strong analytical skill
  • Able to multitask, well organized and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Exposure in general insurance industry will be an added advantage but not a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and PDF editor

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
