Undertake and responsible for all related daily full set accounting operation (all Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger).

  • Assist/prepare the full set of management accounts including audit & tax schedules, cashflow statement, income statement, balance sheet and profits recognition and FS update.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters and any other corporate governance.
  • Responsible in filling the official receipt, payment voucher, sales invoice accurately.
  • Able to liaise with company external auditors, tax adviser, bankers and company secretary on any related financial matters.
  • To handle full set of payroll and benefit processing such as monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, overtime calculation, commission, allowances etc.
  • Preparation payment for PCB for director and staff and submit to IRB before 10th of the month.
  • Preparation payment for EPF & SOCSO before 28th of the month.
  • Handle daily administrative activities including reception duties.
  • Handle incoming & outgoing call, filling and records of documentation.
  • Provides office and administrative support.
  • Overseeing daily sales collection.
  • To manage proper filing and documentation works.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
  • Responsible for Daily Sales Support and Administration Work
  • To handle incoming call/WhatsApp queries
  • Perform general administrative such as filing and maintaining documents.
  • To prepare Quotation to Client
  • To manage customer order and issue invoice
  • Performing other relevant duties when required
  • To monitor/Collection outstanding payment
