  • To manage documents, and records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving.
  • To assist daily accounting & administration/ operation task, data entry, filling & documentation, receiving calls & etc.
  • Responsible for office administration matters such as filing, scanning, photocopy, and general office duty.
  • To perform data entry with basic computer skill
  • Providing support to the senior staff.
  • Assembling, sorting, and filing data.
  • To ensure data and records are kept up to date.
  • Coordinate in preparing documents or forms for external parties when required.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents and filling in a systematic and timely manner.
  • To perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned from time to time

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year and above of working experience in a related field are required for this position.
  • Any working knowledge of computerized will have added advantage
  • Proficient and excellence in communication and writing: English
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness
  • Hardworking & Willing to learn with a meticulous attitude.
  • Possess own transport and must be willing to work in
    Bandar 16 Sierra and willing to travel if required to
  • Able to start work immediately

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
