Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary Range: RM3,000
  • RM3,800, contingent upon qualifications and experience, inclusive of petrol, car maintenance, and mobile allowance (Petrol: up to RM500, Maintenance: RM750, Mobile: RM100).
  • Bonus & Incentives: Annual bonus (up to 1 month) and performancebased incentives.
  • Additional Benefits: Personal Accident (PA) and Health Service (HS) insurance, medical claims, 16 days of annual leave (for Executive level with less than 5 years of service).

Qualifications:_

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience dealing with healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Characteristics: Maturity, selfmotivation, innovation, proactiveness, ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure. Should be independent, resultoriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities:_

  • Grow market share in the assigned territory and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Visit potential customers across various sectors to promote and sell the company's products.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Willingness to travel outstation.

  • Achieve sales targets as per management directives and company strategies.
  • Develop and execute Sales & Promotion activities for healthcare professionals in private channels.
  • Manage sales operations of subdistributors/agents/direct customers to achieve predetermined sales and marketing objectives.
  • Evaluate, manage, and control sales expenses, advertising, and promotion expenses.
  • Collaborate with superiors to select and update customers in the assigned target areas.
  • Uphold and enhance the company's corporate image through positive public relations.
  • Record all visits and activities in the designated areas.
  • Continuously develop and enhance relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Organize or assist in organizing meetings and events aligned with product business plans.
  • Provide regular and insightful feedback to management on market developments, competitors, policies, and industry trends that may impact the business.
