Job Vacancy Available:

  • Culinary Chef Instructor (SKM Pegawai Penilai) in the field of
    Penyediaan dan Pembuatan Makanan (HT0122:2012 & HT0123:2012).

Requirement:

  • MUST Possesses Sijil SKM 2 & 3 in related field.
  • MUST Possesses Sijil VTO / Diploma TVETi
  • MUST Possesses Sijil Induksi PP-PPDPPB
  • Proficient English and Bahasa Malay
  • Prior working experience in the related field is an added advantage
  • Willing to work in Seri Kembangan

Job description:

  • Provide theory lectures and conduct handson training for students attending the course.
  • Provide Interesting and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a reallife setting
  • Suitably challenge, engage, serve and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning progress
  • Complete grade books, final grade sheets, learning assessments, and final exam assessments on a timely basis
  • Ensure course and program learning outcomes are achieved as defined by the syllabus
  • Where applicable, ensure the safety and sanitation of all labs, kitchens, equipment, supplies, and students
  • To assist and give advice to students in their studies whenever necessary.
  • Develop, review and update all lesson plans, WIM and schedule in compliance with the syllabus set by JPK from time to time.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
