Actively cooperate with the chef and restaurant manager to formulate various promotions and implement menus according to the annual plan.

2.

Plan, coordinate and supervise the timely implementation of the menu, and ensure that the menu has the necessary information such as presentation guidelines, recipes, photos of food and costing before the menu is implemented.

3. Innovate and develop new recipes based on the latest market trends. 4. Properly handle any disciplinary violations in accordance with hotel regulations. 5. Prepare employee evaluation reports in accordance with policies and procedures. 6. Handle customer reviews and complaints and make prompt corrections to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Responsible for maintaining kitchen food costs, materials and kitchen utensils for the job. 8. Assist in the preparation and control of daily and weekly market supply lists. 9. Ensure the quality of purchased food, monitor quality upon receipt, and ensure that purchased items are consistent. 10. No unannounced food or material suppliers are permitted. All outside company representatives are only allowed to communicate directly with the chef's office. 11. Insist on saving energy consumption. 12. Ensure that all kitchen staff arrive on time in uniform. 13. Complete other reasonable tasks at any time as required by the head of the department. 14. Perform any work delegated by management 15. Ensure that employee participation survey objectives are met 16. Ensure culture meets standards
