  • To ensure if there is any process change in the operation, it must be updated into the SOP accordinly

  • Plan the work task for the staff
  • Monitor any urgent cases to make sure shipment deliver on time
  • Monitor the customer communication to make sure we deliver as per required.
  • Make sure to follow up any outstanding issues till complete
  • Make sure the proper filing of the documents

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder
  • Usage of SAP system
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prefer someone that has basic Kastam knowledge
  • Good attitude and responsible

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
From RM2,700.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Batu Maung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
