Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

  • Manage and oversee plant operations and production activities.
  • Manage and oversee entire plant operations and production activities.
  • Lead a group of managers and engineers' professionals in meeting the Company goals.
  • Responsible for the entire operation and improvement of Production (SMT / Auto-Insert / WCG / CRG etc), Engineering include Process / Test / Equipment / Facility and Warehouse.
  • Maintain high level of technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing and design techniques to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Define and implement cost efficiency strategies.
  • Managing the budget. Plan and implement strategies to achieve the organization and unit's KPIs
  • Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, focusing on continuous improvement of efficiencies.
  • Participate in a process for quickly solving internal Plant cross-functional work conflicts. Lead cross-functional teams as needed to resolve specific problems or create specific outputs.
  • Accountable for BU including productivity planning, timely delivery. To lead and manage the entire operations team in ensuring a high quality standard is maintained through:
    • putting in place policies and procedures
    • providing effective coordination for all incoming and outgoing movement of materials, stocks and inventories in production floor
  • Foster teamwork and positive employee relations and maintain loyalty amongst the departments.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, ensure that all employees wear protective equipment as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of working experience preferably in a senior managerial role, leading a large manufacturing operations or related field.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skill.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • In-depth knowledge of PCBA assembly processes and box build assembly techniques.
  • Ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast-paced, high volume manufacturing.
