JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Receivables
Responsible for generating billing on time

Responsible to monitor on accounts receivables aging

Responsible to generate official receipt for customers

Responsible to send statement of account on monthly basis

Responsible to check collection and update management on time

Accounts Payables
Responsible to create Purchase Order

Responsible to perform supplier statement reconciliation

Responsible to work with relevant teams to resolve issues with accounts payable invoices

Responsible to generate payment voucher weekly

Responsible to process petty cash claim and monitor the float

General Ledger
Full set of month end closing reports


Support auditor in conducting external audit and provide documents/explanation to auditor during the audit process in finalization of the audit.

Support tax agent in clear tax queries in finalization of the tax return

JOB REQUIREMENT
Must possess a Degree in Accounting or related professional accounting qualification

Min of 2-5 years working experience in preparing full set of accounts

Knowledge in Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard will be added advantage

Resourceful, independent and results oriented

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Salary:
RM5, RM6,200.00 per month
