HR Executive Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing support across all HR areas.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Relations Management:

  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as a mediator in disputes between employees and management, employing constructive dialogue to resolve conflicts.
  • Grievance Handling: Oversee the grievance process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and equitable management of all cases.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, staying informed on legal changes and advising HR and management on necessary policy adjustments.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies to prevent legal challenges and promote fairness in employee relations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Payroll Administration: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Training and Development:

  • Training Programs: Develop and facilitate training sessions for employees and management on various HRrelated topics.
  • Career Development: Support career development initiatives, including performance appraisals, skill development, and succession planning.

Employee Engagement:

  • Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute strategies aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction across the organization.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, teambuilding activities, and employee recognition programs.

Performance Management:

  • Performance Reviews: Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Goal Setting: Assist managers in setting and tracking employee performance goals.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of all HR activities, including employee files and compliance documentation.
  • Regular Reporting: Generate regular reports detailing HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training outcomes.

Health and Safety:

  • Safety Programs: Develop and implement workplace safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle queries related to HR policies, maintain HR databases, and assist in general administration to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a human resources role, covering the full spectrum of HR functions.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Indepth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
