Content Research:

Assist the content marketing producer by conducting thorough research on various topics and industries to gather valuable insights and information that will be used in content creation.


Content Creation:

Assisting content producers in generating high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, social media updates, and other forms of content required.


Copywriting:

Crafting compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.


Content Editing and Proofreading:

Reviewing and editing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar, while also checking for adherence to brand guidelines.


Analytics and Reporting:
Monitoring content performance metrics and analytics to track audience engagement, website traffic, and other key performance indicators. Preparing regular reports to present insights and make data-driven decisions

Social Media Management:

Supporting the social media efforts of the content marketing team, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring social media trends.


Graphic Design Support:
Assisting graphic designers in creating visual assets and coordinating the integration of visuals with the content.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Working closely with content marketing producers, designers, and regional marketing executives to ensure a seamless integration of content across different marketing channels.


Content Calendar Management:
Assisting in maintaining the editorial calendar, ensuring content deadlines are met, and coordinating with content producers and designers.

Trend Monitoring and Research:

Staying up to date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to support the team in delivering fresh and relevant content.


Brand Consistency:
Ensuring that all content produced adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent messaging and branding across various channels.

Content Curation:
Identifying and curating relevant external content that complements our brand and content strategy to share with our audiences.

Continuous Learning:

Engaging in professional development and staying current with content marketing trends and tools to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's growth.


Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
