Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account management plans.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and B2B sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and digital marketing, preferably in [industry/field].
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
