Overview
As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and assessing the condition of residential properties. Your primary responsibility is to conduct thorough inspections, document findings, and provide detailed reports. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of property conditions.

Key Responsibility:

  • Conduct onsite inspections of residential properties to assess their overall condition.
  • Accurately document the condition of various aspects of the property, noting any damages, defects, or potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, real estate agents, and internal colleagues to explain the inspection process and findings.
  • Build and maintain rapport with potential clients to establish a longlasting positive connection and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Freshgraduates are welcomed.
  • Proven record of experience of property inspection and/or any related industry is prioritised.
  • Confident and selfdriven individuals.

Salary:
RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
