Job Role:

  • Take charge of Group's entire Complex and Malls' leasing & marketing activities.
  • To make recommendation & attract suitable tenants to the mall.
  • Able to develop short term and long term business strategies for the Complex and Mall and present to the Board of Director for their comment and approval.
  • Well versed in Complex and Mall operation and market intelligent.
  • Experiences in Market Tenants mix and proposes for the workable leasing strategies for the different type of Complex and Mall under the group.
  • To make timely and periodic reports & analysis to the Management.
  • Main tasks are to get tenants to operate in our malls.

Job Requirement

  • Min 15 year(s) of working experience in malls operation.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • The latest 3 yrs must be management level in malls operation.
