Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving sales targets and growth.

  • Prepare Sales & Marketing yearly budget.
  • Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies.
  • Conduct Marketplace intelligence and research
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
  • Conduct sales calls and visits
  • Conduct internal meetings or vendor meetings to formulate solutions.
  • Identify and develop service and solution offerings.
  • Develop pricing and business models based on customer needs.
  • Identify customers/ prospects' needs, work closely with customers/ prospects to meet those needs.
  • Prepare and conduct corporate presentations and sales meeting.
  • Deal with and overcome objections raised by customers.
  • Communicate customer expectations internally and with vendors.
  • Respond to RFQs, tenders, RFIs, etc.
  • Provide timely and accurate information on industry or customers' intelligence.
  • Collate and submit sales reports and analysis.
  • Collate and present performance to customers and/or management.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely responses to their queries.
  • Perform other task as required by senior management.

Role requirement
-
Minimum 3 years experiences in logistics & warehousing

  • Degree in Business Admin/ Marketing or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Malaysian's only

  • Good communication skills in written & oral English

Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
