Jawatan : KERANI DAN DESPATCH

1. Memastikan setiap surat/dokumen masuk dan keluar direkodkan dan didaftarkan serta diserahkan kepada Penolong Eksekutif Pentadbiran dan Sumber Manusia untuk tindakan selanjutnya.
2. Bertanggungjawab dalam proses 'bank-in' cek samada penerimaan atau pembayaran ke dalam akaun syarikat.
3. Bertanggungjawab membuat kerja-kerja percetakan dari masa ke semasa.
4. Bertanggungjawab dalam urusan penghantaran surat, memo dan lain lain dokumen di dalam atau luar syarikat.
5. Bertanggungjawab dalam membuka fail-fail yang diarahkan dan menjilid dokumen serta merekod segala keluar/masuk dokumen/fail syarikat.
6. Menguasai teknik asas pengendalian mesin-mesin di pejabat seperti mesin fotostat, peyelenggaraan premis, elektrik, faks dan sebagainya.
7. Bertanggungjawab memastikan pejabat di dalam keadaan bersih dan teratur.
8. Bertanggungjawab memastikan kenderaan syarikat berada dalam keadaan selamat dan teratur.
9. Bersedia menghadiri sebarang kursus atau kerja luar mengikut arahan yang diberikan. 10. Lain-lain tugas yang diarah dari semasa ke semasa.
