**Responsibilities**
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing customer phone calls.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance.
- Monitor documents dispatch and received.
- Recording documents flow and filing.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient and able to converse in fluent Mandarin/Cantonese with clients.
Walk in interviews are available.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
