As an invoicing clerk, you would be responsible for handling and managing the invoicing affairs of the company. Specifically, you would be tasked with the following:
1. Collecting and organizing sales and purchase invoices: You would need to collect the sales and purchase invoices of the company and organize, categorize, and file them for future reference and auditing purposes.

2. Verifying invoice information: You would carefully verify the information on the invoices to ensure accuracy. This includes checking the names, quantities, prices, tax rates, and contact information of the goods or services, as well as the payment methods.

3. Compiling invoice reports: You would enter the invoice information into the company's financial system and generate corresponding invoice reports. These reports can be used for financial analysis, tax reporting, and budgeting purposes.

4. Resolving invoice disputes: Sometimes, invoices may have errors or disputes. You would need to negotiate with suppliers or customers to resolve these issues and ensure the accuracy and legality of the invoices.

5. You would need to finish all the invoices before you can leave work, so sometimes overtime is required.

In summary, as an invoicing clerk, you would need to handle invoice affairs with attention to detail and accuracy, while maintaining good communication and collaboration with other departments and external partners.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
