Maintenance Clerk

1) Assist Maintenance Executive of all activities related to Maintenance.
2) Maintain, update, and track databases, including record keeping and portfolio management.
3) Perform clerical duties, such as answering phones, making photocopies, and inventory management.
4) Prepare correspondence, reports, and written materials for personnel.
5) Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
6) Provides information by answering questions and requests from general public, administrators and other personnel.
7) Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
8) Compiles data from vendor invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items ordered, using calculator and computer. Compares invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered.
9) To comply with all specific responsibilities stipulated in the Quality Management System documentations.
10) Any other duties assigned by superior.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
