- Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific terms
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
- Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales target
- Actively participate in and drive continuous improvement projects
- Reporting back on results
- Manage maintenance records
- Organize and supervise maintenance staff
- Perform basic maintenance tasks
- Resolve maintenance issue
- Monitor supplies and order new materials when needed

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude, willing to learn, detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge in computer systems
- Male only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
