We're looking for Key Account Manager who can provide a stellar client service experience.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for the digital world.

In this role, you are required to be a strategic thinker and planner, an enthusiastic collaborator and accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation to clients regularly regarding digital marketing and social media management (Understanding of digital ecosystem is a must.)
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and reasonable compliance of promised deliverables to clients.
  • Manage daytoday project elements, and work closely with internal teams (eg: creative, digital marketing) to provide solutions to project challenges as they occur
  • Project manage to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns (including accurate communications with clients expectations, keeping track of the quality standards of work produced and meeting timelines) for a variety of the agency's clients
  • Responsible for contact/call reports, status reports, creative and job briefs and any other client administrative support as needed
  • Attend client meetings as their consultant and partner as needed
  • Report to Operations Lead, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing Meticulous and strong analytical skills to derive decisions and recommendations Effective presentation skills Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fastpaced environment Proactively engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams Innovative problemsolving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly Understanding of digital ecosystem is a must Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages will be an added advantage Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
