Responsibilities:

  • Answer and resolve issues raised by customers timely.
  • Continuously identify opportunity to drive process improvements that can contribute to more positive impact on customers' experience.
  • Achieve high standard of customer service level at all times.
  • To be able to achieve team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Providing customer care to customers from Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.

; Requirements:

Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English, both verbally and in writing. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment (Telecommunications background will be advantageous). Able to work on rotational shifts.
