We are currently seeking a Application Support Analyst to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).


In these roles you will be responsible for:

  • Should have flexibility and be able to adapt according to business needs.
  • Coordinate with L3 and development team to provide and implement solutions as required.
  • Provide Weekend support as and when necessary, depending on Client Requirements
- work on creating Change requests and work with various teams in getting that change approved and get it deployed in production.
- provide support to release management team by performing sanity and validations after successful deployment.
- work on handling Incidents and Requests and ensure to provide solution to the issues.

Requirement:

  • Experience required
  • 23 Yrs.
  • Solid experience with ICO Blaze Advisor and FICO Origination Manager is required.
  • Mandatory Skill set required for this role: UNIX, Windows, MSSQL and Oracle Payment solution on IBAS platform.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Empathy with users
  • Patience and understanding
  • Acceptance of ownership
  • Investigation and diagnostic skills
  • Attention to detail. A proactive approach

Qualification:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Equivalent / Advanced degree related to computer field.

Preferences:

  • Flexible.

Willing to work in Rotational shifts - 24/7 offsite standby support.
