Job Scope:

  • Handle the full spectrum of accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthend closing, financial reporting, as well as update payment status, maintain aging report, provide reminders for outstanding invoices, etc.
  • Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources activities such as payroll processing, issuance of payslips, and submission of Form E / EA.
  • Assist and handle company secretarial work and liaise with auditor when required.
  • Prepare invoices and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
  • In charge of the petty cash claims for colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with updated government requirements and accounting regulations.
  • Offer recommendations for improvement and compliance to management as necessary.
  • Perform adhoc clerical tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work independently with strong problemsolving, logical thinking, and selfmotivation skills.
  • Possesses responsible, detailoriented, and organized working attitude.
  • Possesses at least 3 years of full set account working experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount, Zoho, and Microsoft Excel.

RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
