JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting:
- Experience in full set accounts, month end closing, accounts receivable, taxation, balance sheet and etc
- To perform and carry out all necessary accounting work.
- Responsible for monitoring the full Account Payable (AP) cycle for payment processing in order to ensure that timelines and quality
- All aspects of collections regarding Debtors' Ledger
- Managing overdue payments
- Handling supplier and queries relating to payables
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretarial and other external parties.
Human Resource (HR):
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions
- Responsible for Human Resource works of the Company in line with the development and objectives of the Company.
- Preparation of necessary HR documents from basic templates supplied.
- Maintaining company policy and regulation to be updated according to Malaysia Government Law.
- Maintaining employer & employee information to be updated.
- To assist in daily office administrative task which included documentation, filing, correspondences, checking and following up on pending matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree / Post Graduate / Diploma in Accountancy or Finance;
- Possess a good attitude and is motivated;
- Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Detailed, well organized, meticulous and proficient in MS Excel & Office
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
