As the leader of operational excellence within the Data & Analytics (D&A) hub at FrieslandCampina, this role is pivotal in orchestrating the agile product management and delivery processes.

Ensuring the operability and stability of analytical products, the position serves as the primary contact for our Managed Service partner, driving a continuous focus on DevOps maturity within the evolving D&A operating model.

Beyond the technical realm, the role encompasses the oversight of Service Manager Analytics, Service Manager Platform, and Service Manager Integration, establishing a seamless connection between these domains.

It's an opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to the success of a dynamic and evolving data-driven landscape.

What we ask

  • Academic / Master (WO) work & thinking level.
  • Has 12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics delivery (design, build, operate).
  • Has 5+ years of experience in applied ITSM practices in a Data & Analytics context. ITIL and DevOps knowledge is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic and tactical supplier management.
  • Demonstrated experience in senior stakeholder influencing, ability to convince through powerful storytelling, creating commitment towards achievement of objectives without a hierarchical mandate.
  • Has foundational understanding of the business processes and business entities involved in the FrieslandCampina "Grass to Glass" supply chain and is able to connect this to the supporting D&A service impact and criticality.

  • Ensure internal organization of D&A within the hub meets Always On (including Cyber Security) requirements.
  • Establish effective communication channels and processes within the hub, between hub and spokes, between D&A and endusers, and with the broader IT organization.

Service Level Management:

  • Oversee endtoend Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring they are established, monitored, and adhered to.
  • Take responsibility for "removing friction through clear organization, processes & communication" to support the Global Data and Analytics Officer (GDAO) and the GDAO's (in)direct reports.
