Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales for various brands on ecommerce platforms.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners (KOLs), ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create compelling offers, promotions, and content for affiliates.
  • Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates to ensure competitive and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep our affiliate program ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all affiliate activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and grow the affiliate program.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ecommerce and online retail.
  • Knowledge of various product categories and market trends within ecommerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
