Asset Management:

  • Maintain records of all assets owned by the organization.
  • Update asset database with new acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to track asset usage and maintenance schedules.

Office Supply Management:

  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary.
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure proper stocking of essential supplies.
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate prices and place orders.

Office Daily Operations:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Management Support:

  • Provide administrative support to management staff as needed.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain various documents, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Ensure proper filing and storage of documents, both physical and digital.
  • Retrieve documents as needed and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in document preparation for audits and compliance purposes.

Event Management:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, such as workshops or seminars.
  • Arrange venues, catering, and other logístical details for events.
  • Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
  • Provide onsite support during events to ensure smooth execution.
