Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist HR personnel in posting job advertisements on various job boards and company websites.

Payroll Assistance:

  • Collect and verify employee timesheets for accuracy.
  • Assist in entering payroll data into the payroll system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
  • Respond to payrollrelated inquiries from employees.

HR Software Setup:

  • Help implement and set up new HR software systems.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of HR software.

Documentation and Database Management:

  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents.
  • Update and manage the HR database, ensuring information is accurate and uptodate.

General HR Tasks:

  • Assist in the administration and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team with various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or coursework is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

(English / Mandarin bonus):

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Job Types:
Part-time, Student job

Pay:
RM RM12.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 8 per week
