  • Follow up with preparation of document or proposal to management before deadline.
  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
  • Update and maintain accurate employee's personnel files and leave balance.
  • Check and revise duty rosters prepared by the outlets to ensure alignment to operational needs.
  • Checking staff attendance on weekly basis and preparing related report for lateness and absenteeism.
  • Administration_
  • Lease with cleaner and service provider for office maintenance
  • Uniform Management
  • Medical Administration
  • Filling and managing the document arrangement within outlet and HQ.
  • Assist all the administrative task as when requested by the management.
  • Provide assistance in other HR and Admin duties and functions when required.
  • Execute ad hoc task as and when requested by the HOD / management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.

Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors ( Main Scope ):

  • Time-management skills & Ability to handle confidential information
  • Have experience in managing foreign worker will be an added advantage.
  • Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
