Kindergarten Helper

As a Kindergarten Helper, you will play a vital role in assisting the kindergarten teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children.

You will be responsible for providing support and assistance in various daily activities to ensure the well-being and development of the children.

• Supervise Children: Monitor and supervise children during playtime, activities, and outings to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Classroom Assistance: Assist the kindergarten teacher in setting up and organizing the classroom for daily activities and lessons.
• Daily Activities: Engage with children in creative and educational activities, such as arts and crafts, storytime, music, and games.
• Personal Care: Provide basic personal care to children, including assisting with mealtime, diaper changing, and toilet training.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and orderly classroom, including cleaning up after activities and ensuring proper sanitation of toys and equipment.
• Record Keeping: Assist in keeping records of daily activities, attendance, and any significant observations concerning the children's behavior or development.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the kindergarten teacher and parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any relevant concerns.
• Safety Protocols: Enforce safety rules and guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of all children in the kindergarten, both indoors and outdoors.
• Special Needs Support: Provide additional support to children with special needs, adapting activities and materials as required to accommodate their individual requirements.
