  • To prepare Progress Claims, Variation Order Claims and Final Accounts
  • To check actual site measurements for tendering of project valuation
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the superiors
  • To comply with the ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 works procedures
  • To assist the immediate superior in contracts administration
  • To do material takeoff from drawings and BQ costing
  • To liaise and obtain vendor and specialists quotations
  • To assist in the preparation of the claim BQ, submittals and proposals
  • To assist and/or coordinate the claim documents submittals
  • To maintain tender/project cost confidentiality at all times
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by the HOD, Project Manager or Project Leader or the Management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or any other related engineering
  • Computer Literate
years working experience as QS and contracts executive

  • Willing to work at Kemaman Terengganu

Job Type:

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
