Fully aware of the Company Mission Statement, policies and functional objective
- To prepare Progress Claims, Variation Order Claims and Final Accounts
- To check actual site measurements for tendering of project valuation
- To perform any other duties assigned by the superiors
- To comply with the ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 works procedures
- To assist the immediate superior in contracts administration
- To do material takeoff from drawings and BQ costing
- To liaise and obtain vendor and specialists quotations
- To assist in the preparation of the claim BQ, submittals and proposals
- To assist and/or coordinate the claim documents submittals
- To maintain tender/project cost confidentiality at all times
- Any other duties assigned from time to time as requested by the HOD, Project Manager or Project Leader or the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or any other related engineering
- Computer Literate
- 2 - 3 years working experience as QS and contracts executive
- Willing to work at Kemaman Terengganu

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
