Key Responsibilities:
_

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for expanding the customer base.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Oversee the overall warehouse and factory operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
  • Manage inventory levels, implement effective inventory control measures, and ensure accuracy of stock records.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and meet customer demands.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers and shipping agencies to ensure smooth import and export processes.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and resolve any issues related to customs clearance or logistics.
  • Provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Set performance targets, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze financial statements, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Identify and implement costsaving initiatives without compromising product quality or customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements_
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the furniture industry.
  • Proficient in Malay and English.
  • Strong sales acumen and a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of warehouse and factory operations, including inventory management and quality control.
  • Thorough understanding of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and logistics is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for sales tracking, inventory management, and financial analysis.

Job Types:

Up to RM12,000.00 per month
