Responsibilities:

  • Lead/Supervise shift direct labour to meet operation target/KPI
  • Ensure line discipline and procedures compliance
  • Take care test Manufacturing and follow up in OCD/PPGI/shipment/expedite list
  • Must be proactive and work well with subordinates and supporting team

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • Supervisory skill, analytical skill and leadership skill.
  • Good communication skill, good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Degree holder or equivalent. Working experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
