- Lead/Supervise shift direct labour to meet operation target/KPI
- Ensure line discipline and procedures compliance
- Take care test Manufacturing and follow up in OCD/PPGI/shipment/expedite list
- Must be proactive and work well with subordinates and supporting team

**Preferred Skills & Knowledge**:

- Supervisory skill, analytical skill and leadership skill.
- Good communication skill, good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Degree holder or equivalent. Working experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
