**Job Summary**
- Daily monitoring and closed follow-up on all shipments to ensure all are shipped on-time
- Work and collaborate closely with Business Unit Planner, Production Planner and Supervisor, Shipping Personnel and relevance
- Focal person to oversee packing output and ensure meet and exceed the targeted volume every shift

**Job responsibilities**:

- Supervise and hands-on with all the day to day box-stock activities
- Supervise and monitor all the box-stock personnel to strictly follow SOP to prevent quality issue
- Follow-up all daily shipments closely to ensure all are shipped on-time, generate daily shipment reports to ensure all are met and on-time
- Work closely with planners, production, customer service and relevant personnel to ensure all issues attended and solved
- Comply with requirement of pack and ship ahead, initiate improvements time to time, train and oversee all packing personnel performance

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in any discipline with at least 3 years of related experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure in swift + competitive environment
- Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work independently and efficiently to meet dateline
- Strong supervision and hands-on skills
- Able to work OT and whenever emergent situation
