Responsibilities

Daily update product catalogues to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Handle direct purchase activities, ensuring timely and costeffective procurement of goods and services
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for direct purchase requirement, negotiating terms and conditions
Monitor and follow up on submissions for direct purchases and tenders, ensuring timely responses and processing
Keep track of all pending jobs, providing regular updates on their status to relevant stakeholders
Compile and maintain a detailed list of all submitted jobs, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
Attend tender meetings and briefings as required, representing the procurement department and gathering necessary information
Perform other related responsibilities and adhoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Exhibit a willingness to stay back and work beyond regular hours when necessary to meet deadlines and complete urgent task

Requirement and skills

Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or equivalent.
Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure database system administration is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and good working attitude.
Committed, mature, and able to work independently.
Able to and willing to work under pressure.

Working Experience

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
