Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in all issues regarding purchasing activities, i


e:

requests for quotations, negotiation, and purchase order activities related to purchasing.

  • Evaluate potential vendors and ensure suitability and costeffectiveness of purchase.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • To maintain updated records of the purchase order, delivery information and invoices.
  • To maintain and update the vendors/suppliers list on a timely basis.
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers.
  • To support and coordinate monthly stock take and report preparation.

Requirements:

  • At least
    12 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing department:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Skills
  • Ms Excel, Words, problem solving and computer literate.
  • Able to work in a team or work independently.
