Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to provide general administrative support for preschool and educare centre including temperature sheet, teacher observation report, student report card, assessment paper, and tickets.
  • Responsible for student registration and maintaining accurate enrollment records.
  • Ensure every children are equipped with progress report files and stationery.
  • Assist with tasks like filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Prepare invoices and receipts for students.
  • Maintain proper inventory records.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and official communications.
  • Assist in planning school events, workshops, and festivals.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in center's activities.

Procurement

  • Provide monthly utility bill reports and clear bills promptly.
  • Deliver high-quality purchasing services according to defined procedures.
  • Source cost-efficient and high-quality suppliers, products, and services.
  • Provide monthly reports on school's stationery, items, and equipment usage.
  • Source and purchase goods within specified budget and quality targets.
  • Manage purchasing activities and ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate purchases of books, equipment, resources, and more.
  • Forecast demand levels and manage supply activities.
  • Maintain purchasing information and files for future reference.
  • Undertake additional assigned duties.
