JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Handle daytoday accounting operation activities and functions on accounting & administrative support tasks.
  • Preparing invoices and processing payments & claims
  • Updating statutory reports
  • Assist in monthly and yearly account closing, yearly audit, and tax compliance
  • Able to prepare and present monthly closing reports and cash flow statements.
  • Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions and account
  • Assist in bankingrelated matters such as bankin, submission, and collection of documents
  • Filling of documentation in an orderly format
  • Assist in any event coordination and activities (answer phone calls/meetings/training/etc)
  • Handling office administration works and maintenance
  • To perform other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management or relevant
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field
  • Knowledgeable in accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Knowledgeable in closing accounts is an advantage.
  • Must possess own vehicle/transportation
  • Willing to work at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Damansara

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
