Accounts & Admin Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operation activities and functions on accounting & administrative support tasks.
- Preparing invoices and processing payments & claims
- Updating statutory reports
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing, yearly audit, and tax compliance
- Able to prepare and present monthly closing reports and cash flow statements.
- Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions and account
- Assist in banking-related matters such as bank-in, submission, and collection of documents
- Filling of documentation in an orderly format
- Assist in any event coordination and activities (answer phone calls/meetings/training/etc)
- Handling office administration works and maintenance
- To perform other tasks as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and Management or relevant
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field
- Knowledgeable in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Knowledgeable in closing accounts is an advantage.
- Must possess own vehicle/transportation
- Willing to work at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Damansara
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
