Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing social media content for our Chairman that is consistent with the company's brand identity. (SIHAT with Ibnu Sina Wellness)
  • Create consistent, creative and relevant content on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc, from time to time.
  • Write and edit social media post captions to improve customer engagement.
  • Promote social media campaigns by using relevant platforms in order to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) includes planning and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, answering queries, and keeping up with current trends.
  • Propose suggestions and recommendations to improve and adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc) on social media that builds meaningful connections
  • To undertake any others project, tasks and duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications & experience

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in any related Marketing, Communications, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent qualification.
  • Required skill(s): social media experience (Facebook, Intagram, TikTok), creative content writing, social media trend, customer service skill, analytics skill, problem solving, etc.
  • Competency in Ms.
Office, Ms.
Excel, etc.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1 year related experience is an added advantage.
  • Be creative, supportive, proactive and spontaneous with open and optimistic personality.

Operation Day:

Wednesday - Friday : 9:00 am to 6:15 pm

Saturday - Sunday : 8:15 am to 17:30 pm

Monday : 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Tuesday :
Closed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
