Work closely with sales team to understand customer requirements

  • Analyze customer's issues/constraints and workout a technical proposal for the solution
  • Manage Proof-OfConcept (POC) and demonstrate product functionality.
  • Prepare bill of material and proposal for RFQ/RFP/tender proposals
  • Actively engage with principals for product/technology update
  • Prepare reports and attend weekly presales progress meeting

Job Requirement:

  • At least 3 years' experience in presales for IT enterprise solutions
  • Have good knowledge on Server, Storage, Enterprise Network/ Security products and solutions.
  • Those are currently in technical support role, but keen to venture into presales are encouraged to apply
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skill, team player
