  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and clients' needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's products/services in addressing clients needs.
  • Manage complex negotiations with seniorlevel executives.
  • Build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrate strong team spirit in order to forge strong working relationships within and across the business segments to meet defined goals and targets.
  • Provide insights and thought leadership within dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in generating new business opportunities and leads with good client management skills. Be able to
- up on leads and opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

  • A strong sales and growth mentality.
  • Previous work experience in salesrelated role especially in employee benefits will be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with good analytical, problemsolving and presentation skills.
  • Voluntary and active participation in various projects outside of specific responsibilities to support business or organizational needs.
  • Willing to contribute to expand your clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities when required.
  • Outgoing personality and independent in nature with good interpersonal competencies.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office.

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
