Job Summary:

  • Manage client accounts to ensure smooth client business integration and drive business growth of clients

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Communicate new developments regarding the clients' or competitors' products to the sales team
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with clients to achieve overall business objectives and profitability
  • Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to all operational departments and Business Units
  • Liaise with client's marketing team to coordinate promotional material deliveries
  • Liaise and communicate with client's marketing team to ensure all marketing activities are updated accordingly to DKSH team.
  • Working closely with sales team on PPF for client's approval (Exceedra process flow)
  • Monitor, check supporting documents and match complete claim submission in Exceedra on daily basis
  • Coordination of sample/foc withdrawal from warehouse to preplanned destination.
  • Follow up on invoices, goods receiving and payment.
  • Monitoring on stock balance, near expiry stocks clearance, high stock holding
  • Proactively creates and maintains effective workflow and communications to accomplish the work of the product team which includes the handling of a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Gather information and present in required report with accuracy
  • Explore any opportunities of new products or product expansion; communicate with sales team on execution
  • Take necessary actions to resolve clients' operational issues/service complaints
  • Coordinate with different personnel from different department to meet the requirements of whole business operation
  • Manage and schedule business communications and business review meetings with clients' management teams
  • Act as frontline DKSH representative with the client management team to facilitate ad hoc operational issue resolution, escalating to senior management as appropriate
  • Act as a DKSH representative to communicate all other necessary issues to clients' management teams

Functional skills and knowledge:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate strong client management and communication skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in crosscountry/cultural interactions
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel
  • Pivot Table & Vlookup, Word and PowerPoint)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree

Work experience:

Minimum Five years' experience in a similar role
