General Clerk cum Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Support overall administrative work in office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed with politely.
  • Receive, sort and arrange daily mails, deliveries and courier.
  • Assist in preparing quotation, purchase order and claims record.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopy, faxing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Required languages speaking: Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Computer literacy
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Possess own transportation
  • Able to travel in Seremban area
  • Able to work independently and work multitasking

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
